(Recipe from Anita Walter)
1 cup flour
1 stick of butter/margarine
Mix together and press into bottom of 13 x 9 inch baking
dish.
Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes or until light brown
Mix by hand,
8 oz. cream cheese, softened
1 cup cool whip
1 cup Confectioner’s sugar
Spread over
crust
Beat with mixer:
2 boxes of
instant pudding (4 oz. serving size) (I use 1 chocolate and 1 vanilla
mixed together)
3 cups of milk
Spread over
crust and cream cheese mix
Top with cool
whip and add cherries, nuts, shaved chocolate, etc.
